U3A Meeting with Guest Speaker

U3A is short for The University of The Third Age- set up for retired and semi-retired people to share learning, fun and friendship by suggesting and arranging locally based interest groups.

The Ruddington & District Branch was formed in 2018. Its monthly, Monday meetings returned in September and here are the forthcoming face-to-face gatherings with guest speakers for 2021:-

18th October: ‘A Short Submarine Patrol’ with Neil Jervis
15th November: ‘All the World’s a Stage’ with Peter Davison
20th December: ‘Time Through the Ages’ with John Hope

The meetings are held for members at 2pm on the third Monday of each month at Ruddington Methodist Church. Go along, with your membership card, please.

Coronavirus safety measures will remain in place – with tea and coffee provided – and you can take your own cup along if you prefer.
